Return Policy

At Recollection Brand, we want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your delivery (the return must be shipped to our facility by day 10). All components of the delivery including the product and its original packaging need to be returned unused and new.

A return label fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if you return items for a refund to your original payment method. However, exchanges or returns for store credit are always free and will incur no additional fees. We are confident that you will find other items you'll love!

All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused and in sellable condition. You may return any items that do not have signs of wear including, but not limited to: stains, tags removed or missing, tags refastened in the wrong place, the smell of any fragrances or perfumes, damage on the garment, and the absence of the original packaging. When you are sending your order back, please ensure the product and all of its components remain new and well-packaged. In the event that the returned item(s) are not in sellable condition, a customer service representative will reach out via email and offer to ship the items back to you at your expense.

Additionally, any items that were purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
