Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. For international orders outside of the United States, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that any duties and customs fees required for delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or stolen packages
We know carrier issues and delays can happen, if you have not received your order by the 3rd business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact Customer Service for assistance. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address, Customer Service will assist you.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
Shipping rates
For all domestic orders, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be applied. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and size of the package. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs and duties fees associated with international shipments.
