Returns

At Recollection Brand, we want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your delivery (the return must be shipped to our facility by day 10). Items purchased under the sale section are final sale and not returnable.

Checkout+ provides free return shipping on all eligible items and package protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit — giving you complete peace of mind with your order.

If you do not add Checkout+ at the time of purchase, a flat return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund or store credit, or charged at the time of return. This applies to all return types, including refunds to your original payment method, exchanges, and returns for store credit.

All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused and in sellable condition.
