Once you have placed your order, expect to receive your item/s within 5-7 business days. $8 USD flat rate shipping fee for all under $150 orders within the U.S. Free for all orders in the U.S. above $150 USD. If you would like to place an order from outside of the U.S., please contact our Recollection team.

Returns

At Recollection Brand, we want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your delivery (the return must be shipped to our facility by day 10). All components of the delivery including the product and its original packaging need to be returned unused and new. 

All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused and in sellable condition.
